The Onestop admin portal is a web-based platform that allows administrators to manage and oversee the various processes of their organization that are deployed on Onestop. It provides a centralized dashboard for managing workflows, employee accounts, user access, data, and resources.
A customer portal in Onestop, is a web-based platform that allows your customers to access and manage their account information, access deployed services, and interact with your organization in a self-service manner. It provides a personalized dashboard that allows your customers to view their account details, request for services, carry out service-related tasks, track service requests, view & pay invoices, and access any communication and issued documents by your organization to them.
Onestop allows you to deploy multiple customer portals that will improve your customer service, reduce the workload on customer service staff, and provide customers with easy access to their account information and support.
A staff portal in Onestop, is a web-based platform that provides your organization's employees with tools for communication, collaboration, and task management, in relation to business processes that have been deployed on Onestop. The staff portal allows your employees to execute tasks, communicate and collaborate with each other and customers in the execution of your deployed business processes.
A service in Onestop is a representation of your automated process and all its inputs and outputs. This includes workflow tasks, input forms, data records, notifications, billing information and output documents.
A workflow is a series of steps in your business process from beginning to end.
