Advanced Settings

There are a number of advanced settings you can modify by going to the "Advanced Settings" tab of your service:

  • Service Unit: The name representing a unit of your service. This will be used throughout the system to identify units of your service and automatically pluralize them.

  • Call to action text: The call to action text for the service. This defaults to 'Apply' if no value is given.

  • Initiated by Worker: Check this field if you want the process defined by this service to be initiated by a worker in your team instead of an applicant/client. By default, your services will be initiated by external users/applicants/clients until you change this setting.

  • Multiple Form Call to Action: Call to Action when a user should choose among multiple forms
